Molly's Picks :: Outdoor Entertaining

Serena & Lily Black and White Stripe Chair // Caged String Lights // Ombre Wool Throw // CB2 Double Old-Fashioned Glasses // Nantucket Dinner Set //  CB2 Acrylic Tray // Serena & Lily Riviera Armchair {Black} // Hobnail Pitcher {Saphire} // Copper Patina Planter // Capri Blue Mercury Glass Candle // A Perfect Day for a Picnic // Salad Serving Set // Serena & Lily Marina Loveseat // Polka Dot Napkins

Inspired by my favorite outdoor spaces, I pulled together everything you will need for effortless outdoor entertaining.  A traditional black and white color palette {as seen in this gorgeous striped chair} feels modern with a mix of prints, styles, and a few pops of cerulean blue.  Add string lights, yummy candles, succulents, a couple wedges of cheese, and a bottle of wine...and you're good to go!

Exteriors :: Al Fresco Living

I don't know about you, but this week seemed especially long for me.  I blame it on the ungodly amount of rain we received.  Thankfully, the sun is shining and the forecast predicts yet another beautiful weekend.  And what better place to enjoy nature's glory than your own backyard?  These gorgeous images have me aching to dine al fresco {preferably under a billowing yellow tent...is that too much to ask?}  But until we have a yard like these I will just have to make do with a picnic blanket and our favorite park :) Have a wonderful weekend!

Travel :: The Greenbrier Hotel

While the interior of The Greenbrier Hotel is stunning in all of it's Dorothy Draper fabulousness {see pictures here and here}, the manicured gardens, sprawling golf courses, hiking trails, and surrounding Allegheny Mountains are equally if not more magnificent.  We spent hours strolling the beautiful grounds and admiring the always beautiful tulips.  On our last trip we went mountain biking and horseback riding {both were amazing}, but this time we decided to take it a little easier and simply soak it all in.  We lucked out to have gorgeous weather everyday but one and couldn't have had a more wonderful four days!
