I have always, always, always loved color. At one point a few years ago my preference towards all things bright was so extreme that I realized I actually did not own one single piece of neutral outerwear {but I did have coats in yellow, indigo, coral, pink...}. Since that point I have grown to appreciate neutrals {especially in the winter} and have invested in black and tweed jackets, however I know that my eye will always be drawn to pieces of the sugary-sweet variety. Because pastels are trending in a very serious way this year, I think it is the perfect opportunity to treat myself to a few more girly chic pieces {especially this clutch, this shirt, and this swimsuit}. Because even when they are no longer "in vogue," pastels will always have a very special place in my heart.
Isn't that bikini great?! I have it on my today as well! I love all the pastels of spring!
ReplyDeleteThat shift dress is so dreamy! Nothing like a little color to contrast the snow flurries we have in DC today :)

ReplyDeleteAll these are beautiful! Pastels are so cheerful, and you couldn't have described them better as a sugary-sweet variety! I'm looking forward to adding these dreamy pops of color to my closet too!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great palette, I love it!
ReplyDeletelove the color palette for this! so gorgeous.. and nothing is better than tiffany earrings.
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about winter, most of the color in my wardrobe falls away and I mainly wear just mixtures of neutrals. I love how those these colors are fun and a bit bright, they also have a soft nature -- therefore perfect to use as a way to start adding color back in to my wardrobe as we get closer to some warmer weather! I have been eyeing one of those fab skirts from tibi for so long, and that perfect pink hue might make me have to pull the trigger and go for it!!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love all of these colors and that cross body is perfection. I love the print.
